Why do I need to clear my app settings?
Clearing your app settings can clear images and preferences stored on your device which may have become corrupted and caused your log in issues.
Clearing iOS app settings

Close the bet365 app.

Go to Settings on your device.

Find the bet365 Sports App in settings.

Select the Clear Settings toggle.
Clearing Android app settings

Close the bet365 app.

Go to Settings on your device.

Find the bet365 Sports App in settings.

Select Storage.
-
Select Clear Cache and re-test the issue.

If the issue persists, repeat steps 1-4 but select Clear Data.
iOS
To download via the App Store, select here.
Android
To download via APK, follow the steps below

Open the Chrome browser app.

Enter www.bet365.com in the address bar.

Select Download for Android.

If you receive a generic security prompt, select Download Anyway.

Once downloaded, drag the notification bar down from the top of the screen.

Select bet365.apk – Download Complete.

If prompted, select Open With - Click Package Installer.

Select Install.
