Some locations might restrict access to certain products or the site entirely, otherwise:

If you have moved permanently to a location where our services aren't available, this will lead to account closure in line with our licensing requirements.

Period of inactivity
An account is deemed to be inactive where there has been no activity for an extended period of time.
If your account has been inactive for 23.5 months, accounts will become closed in line with our Dormancy Procedure.
