Before making a withdrawal
To make a withdrawal, your account needs to be fully verified. For more information about how to verify your account, head over to our verification page here.
We also need to ensure that the email address registered on your bet365 account is valid. To update and verify your email address, please follow these steps:

Go to the
in the top-right of your screen.

Select My Account then Contact Details, where you will be presented with the option to update your email address.

Once you have updated your email address, enter your password, click update and we will send you an email with a link.

Click the link to confirm the email address is valid.
How to make a withdrawal
Once verified, to make a withdrawal from your bet365 account:

Go to the

Select Bank and then Withdraw. Follow the on-screen instructions to successfully request a withdrawal.
Where possible, we will return any winnings back to the same payment method that was used to deposit funds into your bet365 account. If it is not possible to withdraw back to that deposit method, we would look to process your withdrawal via online banking.
To add online banking details

Select Online Banking.

Select your bank and then sign in.

You will then be able to withdraw to these details.
If your payment method is not available for withdrawals, the message “Withdrawals cannot be processed using your previous deposit method” will be shown.
